1. Use a voltage of 200KV/300KV;
2. Powders and liquids can be tested, but films or bulk samples cannot be directly imaged and require additional sample preparation (such as ion milling, embedding and sectioning, FIB, etc.);
3. The sample thickness should not exceed 100nm; if the particles are slightly larger, they can be thinned using FIB or other methods to below 100nm (SEM can be used first to determine particle size);
4. For general sample preparation, ordinary copper grids or micro-grids can be used; if the particle diameter is less than 10nm, ultra-thin carbon films should be used for sample preparation. If the sample contains Cu and needs EDS spectrum and mapping, alternative grids such as nickel or molybdenum can be used;
6. Magnetic samples should have particle sizes not exceeding 200nm, and self-prepared samples are not accepted; please carefully check your samples. If it is found that a weakly magnetic sample is misrepresented as non-magnetic or a strongly magnetic sample is misrepresented as weakly/non-magnetic, we may not be able to arrange your experiment and will not be responsible for the time and sample loss caused. Moreover, you will be required to pay twice the original order amount as compensation, and if equipment damage occurs, you will be responsible for all repair costs!
