XRD test & analysis

If the sample is unstable in air, such as being hygroscopic, please be sure to inform us. If you omit or conceal any relevant information about the sample and this leads to damage to the equipment, you will be fully responsible for all resulting repair costs and compensation. If this results in unsatisfactory test results, retesting will not be done free of charge.
Sample requirements: Powder samples: Please prepare at least 20mg, more than 0.1g is preferred. The particle size should be uniform (around 45um or pass through a 200 mesh sieve), with no granular feel to the touch, and a flour-like texture. Be sure to grind the sample before submitting it; if the results are poor due to a small sample size or non-compliant particle size, free retesting cannot be provided; Block samples: The length and width should be 1-2cm (generally not less than 1cm), with a thickness not exceeding 15mm. If the sample is cubic, then the plane dimensions should be ≤20mm, with a thickness range of 50um-15mm; the test surface must be indicated and should be flat and smooth. Liquid samples: 0.5ml~10ml, smaller volumes can be discussed with the project manager. The higher the concentration of the sample, the better, as peaks are likely to be present only if crystals exist in the liquid. Liquid sample testing is challenging and uncertain, and if the sample can be dried, it is recommended to dry it into a powder state and choose to test in the powder state; if choosing the liquid state, it is assumed that the liquid will be tested directly on the machine. Corrosive liquids are not accepted.
